Absolutely. Monthly plans can be paused or cancelled at any time from your dashboard. A course purchase can be handed back for wallet credit within 7 days, as long as you have completed no more than 25% of it — see our refund policy.
Sessions are booked directly on the tutor's live calendar. You can reschedule up to 12 hours before the session. Subscribers get priority booking.
Yes. Monthly subscriptions include weekly progress reports, and semester subscriptions include detailed monthly reports with tutor notes and suggested next steps.
